Terms & conditions
Draft pending legal and operational review. Our cancellation cut-off, delivery arrangements and accessory return procedure still need confirmation. These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights.
About the seller
Tiny Fingers is operated by Tiny Finger Foods AB, organisation number 559505-5699, Renstiernas Gata 16, 116 28 Stockholm, Sweden.
For order enquiries, cancellations or complaints, email hello@tinyfingerfoods.com. This is our company address; contact us before sending any return so we can confirm the correct return address.
These terms apply to consumer purchases from our online shop. Each kit or bundle is a single purchase, not a subscription.
Ordering & payment
Month 1 and Month 2 cost 899 kr each. The Month 1 + Month 2 bundle costs 1,599 kr. All prices are in Swedish kronor and include VAT. The price, any discount and the delivery charge applicable to your order are shown before you complete payment.
In-stock kits can be ordered for delivery in the Stockholm region. Add your selected kit and accessory choices to the cart, check your contact and delivery details, and complete payment through Shopify checkout. Out-of-stock products cannot be ordered. Payment methods available for your purchase are shown at checkout.
Shopify sends an order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. Keep it for your records and check the products, delivery address and total. Contact us promptly if anything is incorrect or you do not receive a confirmation. If a stock discrepancy prevents us from fulfilling a paid order, we will contact you and refund any item we cannot supply; we will not substitute it without your agreement.
Discount codes must be entered at checkout and are subject to the conditions stated with the offer. Any applicable discount is shown in the order total before payment.
Delivery & frozen-food handling
We currently deliver within the Stockholm region. Eligible addresses and delivery options are confirmed at checkout. Delivery costs 49 SEK; orders above 1000 SEK have free delivery. The Month 1 + Month 2 bundle includes two deliveries, approximately one month apart.
Delivery timing is communicated with your order. If we cannot meet an agreed delivery time, we will contact you. Your statutory rights in the event of a delay, including the right to cancel where the law permits, remain unaffected.
Provide an accurate address, phone number and any access instructions needed for delivery. If an address needs correcting or you cannot receive a scheduled delivery, contact us as soon as possible. We will discuss the available arrangements with you; these terms do not impose an automatic missed-delivery fee.
We are responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you in accordance with applicable law. We will only leave an order unattended if you have agreed to that delivery arrangement. Follow the agreed delivery instructions and collect frozen food promptly.
Check the contents and condition on arrival and follow the storage, thawing and use-by instructions on the product packaging. Transfer frozen pouches to your freezer promptly. If the food appears damaged, unexpectedly thawed or otherwise unsafe, do not feed it to your baby; contact us for guidance.

Order changes & cancellations
To request a change or cancellation, email hello@tinyfingerfoods.com with your order number as soon as possible. We will confirm whether we can make the change before preparation or dispatch. Sending a request does not itself confirm a cancellation. This does not affect a statutory right to withdraw from an eligible purchase or cancel because of a delivery delay or another breach.
Frozen food & the right of withdrawal
Swedish distance-selling law excludes goods that can deteriorate or expire rapidly from the usual 14-day right of withdrawal. Where this exception applies to our food products, a change-of-mind return is not available. Being frozen does not, on its own, remove a statutory right of withdrawal. We do not offer additional voluntary change-of-mind returns for food.
This is separate from your right to complain about faulty, unsafe, damaged or incorrect goods. Do not send frozen food back without contacting us first, so we can agree a safe way to resolve the issue.
Non-food accessories
Eligible non-food accessories have a 14-day right of withdrawal, starting the day after you receive them. An exception may apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after their seal has been broken; it does not apply to every accessory simply because its packaging has been opened. For accessories supplied as part of a kit, contact us so we can identify the eligible items and refund amount.
To exercise an applicable right of withdrawal, send a clear statement to hello@tinyfingerfoods.com within the withdrawal period, including your name, order number and the items concerned. You can use Konsumentverket’s withdrawal guidance and standard form, but the form is not compulsory. Return eligible goods within 14 days of notifying us. Contacting us for return instructions is not a condition for exercising your statutory right.
We will confirm the return address and practical arrangements. Any customer-paid return shipping cost must have been disclosed before purchase; we will not introduce an undisclosed return fee afterwards. We cover necessary return costs for valid complaints about faulty or incorrect goods.
Refunds
For a valid withdrawal, we refund the eligible payment, including standard outbound delivery where legally required, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent, whichever occurs first. Refunds use the original payment method unless you agree otherwise, with no refund administration fee. A lawful deduction may apply if eligible goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function, and the required information was provided before purchase.
Something wrong with your order?
Email hello@tinyfingerfoods.com with your order number and a description of the problem. For damaged packaging, missing items or temperature concerns, contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Photos of the product, packaging and batch or use-by label, where available, help us investigate. Prompt reporting and photos are helpful, not conditions that remove your statutory rights.
Swedish consumer law gives you the right to complain about original defects for up to three years. A complaint made within two months of discovering a defect is always considered timely. For food, whether there is a defect is assessed with regard to its shelf life and whether storage and handling instructions were followed; the three-year period does not mean food is expected to last three years.
Depending on the issue and your statutory rights, we will arrange an appropriate remedy such as a replacement, price reduction or refund, without charging you for resolving a valid complaint.
Consumer rights & disputes
Contact us first so we can try to resolve any disagreement. You can also seek guidance from Konsumentverket or your local consumer adviser. If a dispute remains unresolved, you may refer it to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), subject to its current eligibility requirements, time limits and application fee.
Swedish law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply to your purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights granted by mandatory consumer law.
