Questions
Everything you need to know
What exactly is a taste intro kit?
A month of first tastes, planned out. Twelve single-ingredient frozen purées, mostly vegetables, chosen for the bitter and sour flavours babies need practice with. You give tiny tastes every day and follow the schedule on the fridge. It is flavour practice, not a meal.
What age is the kit for?
From 4 months, once your baby shows interest in food. It works any time up to 12 months, including if you have already started with solids.
Does it replace milk or meals?
No. These are tiny tastes alongside breast milk or formula, and later alongside normal food. Nothing gets replaced.
What about allergens?
Celeriac contains celery, which is one of the allergens that must be declared. Every pouch lists its ingredients, and the full list for each kit is on the product page.

My baby hated it. Now what?
Good. That face is the point. A grimace at something bitter or sour is normal and says very little about whether your baby will come to like it. Offer it again next time, stay neutral, never force. Repetition does the work, which is why every flavour comes back several times.
